Common Returns Questions
Is it easy to return items?
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange, refund, or store credit within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and sent back with tags, in its original packaging accompanied by the sale confirmation. Currently, we offer exchanges for the same item.
All refunds will be applied to the form of payment used on the original order. Store credits will be issued in the form of an e-gift card for www.shopsoko.com. We do not offer refunds or credit on shipping fees.
International returns can not be processed through returnly.com. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate an international return, please contact email@example.com.
How soon will I get my refund?
Due to COVID, returns are being delayed 2-4 weeks due to volume and additional safety precautions taken by shipping carriers and at our return center. Refunds are issued once your return has been processed and the items have been checked at our return center. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10-14 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.
What items are non-refundable?
Sale items, special orders, personalized or custom-made products, final sale merchandise, or products that are specified as not eligible for return in its description are final sale and cannot be returned. We do not accept returns from any pop-up shop purchases or purchases made through our third-party vendors.
